ASM #30 continues on good form. In fact, the way they depict the Secret Empire battle, it's actually picked my interest in the main event.
The main problem is, I'm pretty sure that a good deal of the story's appeal is due to the art, and looking at the solicit for next week's issue of Secret Empire, I count three different pencillers. Not a very good sign.

As it turns out, the artists mixed together rather well, except for one who fortunately didn't get that many pages. The problem is, I'm kind of tired of watching the good guys, punching one another.

ASM #31 means the end of Parker Industries, hurray!
As the 3-story arc progressed, Slott devolved a little into his own self, but not by much. Just a few "dolt" here and there, but overall among his best work since SSM.
Next issue we have the GG taking the spotlight again, with art by Smallwood, and then we enter a new status quo with ASM #739. It can't be worse that the one we had to endure since Secret Wars, right?
