I don't like Slott as well! I think he does not really get Spidey and many times I have the feeling that I am reading a different comic book. I loved loved Straczinski (and of course The Man Stan Lee).

This is specially so, since Big Time. I've complained about keeping Peter "poor", in the past, but the way Slott chose to make him successful doesn't feel realistic, at all. The usual cast is mostly gone, Peter seems much more together than he ever was… Just look at how easily he shrugged off any consequences from having been "dead". Hell, the thing that upset him the most, was that Otto changed the ringtone on his smartphone. Slott thinks this is a comedy book, just because the main character is famous for cracking jokes.

Yeah, I didn't like the way Slott just swept that under the rug, I mean surely Peter would've had some issues with what happened, not least the fact that Ock stole his body from him.
Yet, like you said, he was more upset about the ringtone? And he seemingly thought it was okay since Aunt May can now walk without a cane now?
Bah! Anyways, I don't see him staying too much longer after Spider-Verse.

Another thing that I don't like is Aunt May being married with JJJ's father and traveling the world. Is she the same old and fragile lady of the first Spidey's issues?!?

I don't have a problem with her marrying JJ's dad, don't love it but I'm okay with it. Travelling the world does seem odd though.

It's also the fact that JJJ's father is loaded. Now Petey is rich, Aunt May is rich, everyone is rich...

Oh another thing that I don't like of the current Spider-Man. There is too much fake technology involved. In the good old times, Petey was the urban super hero, using DIY technology. Nowadays, he (or other characters) send thousands of robots all around NY, they monitor everything, etc. This is ok for the Fantastic Four, but Spidey???

At least she's no longer wearing a miniskirt! On the other hand, we had to witness that infamous bed panel… It's also the fact that JJJ's father is loaded. Now Petey is rich, Aunt May is rich, everyone is rich… As I said, unrealistic. Oh another thing that I don't like of the current Spider-Man. There is too much fake technology involved. If he was able to produce all the technology, that he crafted while in high school, it bears some credibility that he would be able to keep inventing. The problem is that, years after he dropped his studies, he would still be competent enough, to work at Horizon with the scientific elite.

Next Spiderman Writer? I don't give a crap as long as they are a good writer and they bring back Gwen, and she and Peter can have life life they were supposed to have!! (I am so pathetically single-minded!!)

Not completely single-minded, because you want two things: - For the next Spider-Man writer to be good.
- For him to push forward a particular storyline.
It could be argued that the first step in your plan, would be to get a good writer, otherwise pushing Gwen's return could totally backfire (in the hands of a bad writer).
