Finally, also yesterday, my Overstreet Grading Guide. A low grade, very cheap copy that'll work just the same as a new, much more expensive edition. It was ordered April 2, and is the first USPS frozen package to break trough (I think Standard International Shipping equals in this case to First Class International).

In contrast to last week, where I only received a couple of parcels which were two months old, and made a U-turn, this week I had a total of six packages and nearly a hundred comics. I'd need to check, but it could be a record. Right off the bat, on Monday, the Taskmaster issues ordered May 19. Less than two weeks may look good these days, but this is GSP we're talking about, it was the seller who wasted almost an entire week getting the comics to them: On the same day, I got a bunch of Hulks (£1 each) + a few Avengers. Ordered May 24, no seller delay:

That was the last bit of the Comicana box (almost 5 kg). Thursday was one of those days when I found a surprise in my mailbox. And invariably, when the surprise has been an envelope with comics, it was a bad one: You can't notice on the front cover, but there's a wrinkle on the back, due to the postman bending it. On top of that, this one was ordered form the UK on April 23. Seriously thinking about leaving, my second ever non positive feedback on eBay. On the other side of the spectrum, this one arrived Friday from the US in only 16 days. The combination of USPS Priority + GSP was very good: Lastly, a couple of comics I received a while back from Silver Acre. I was waiting to get the "right" ones, but it looks he's too busy filling small eBay orders, to process big direct ones:

7 parcels, 55 floppies, 1 TPB this week: First, what must be my luckiest but so far, a high grade copy of X-Men #141 for $50 bucks (post in). White pages too, the only thing that might bring the grade down is some ink transfer, of which the worst can be seen here. This issue in particular seems to have a lot of that going on, anyone has any idea what sort of grade dump we'd be talking about? From the UK, 8 days in the mail. These were in the Lone Star box that got returned. I needed them to complete the Bendis era (although they didn't arrive last) so I paid in postage almost as much as in the comics themselves. At least post was cheap. From the UK, 10 days in the mail. Last one of the day (Monday). A nice edition with the covers at the back, good paper, cheap. From the UK, only 6 days in the mail.

Monday, an order from the 4th: I was initially looking for this one, but since this UK seller had previously offered me a good deal on the FF omnibus, I negotiated the same deal for the Miles ultimate collection (£50 for the lot of them, no added postage). Tuesday I got three envelopes, all Royal Mail standard: Ordered on the 3rd. With these, I finished Straczynski's run, as well as my want lists for both 80's ASM and Daredevil. Ordered on the 5th. The Dreadstar I needed to complete the run, together with the ones below. The PPTSM was a whim, it was cheap and on the "maybe" list, so OK. Ordered on the 7th. I wasn't planning on buying issue 31, but it was offered for just a pound and I already felt bad for the guy, having to go to the post for just a few comics he had to let go at £1.20 (auctions can suck).

These ones arrived a few hours ago. I didn't take pictures because they can hardly be described as "classic". It took 15 days for them to arrive from the UK, not exactly fast:
