The introduction of Spider-Man to the MCU is only three days away. From what we've seen (heard actually), we'll be dealing with a teenager character this time. I wonder if Tom Holland is a final decision, as far as casting for the part goes. If they keep him with a mask in this movie, they could change their minds before they start shooting the reboot. I think he's too old, to be portraying a high schooler.

Yeah but could he pull off college, that's what I don't understand for me anyway it makes more sense that peter is in college and is looking work to tidy him over than a high school which has never worked before in the other films. Am I the only one who wished they hadn't spoilt the spidey intro.

I just wish Netflix would take on the character. A series of DD or JJ's quality, would be an improvement over any of the previous films, and it would give the supporting cast a chance to shine.
I don't mind Spidey appearing in other MCU movies, but I wouldn't care for yet another Hollywood reboot.

Could he work on a Netflix budget, Daredevil and Jessica Jones don't require that much cgi for me I want to hold off and see how they do with Iron Fist. Another thing Netflix is part of the MCU TV which doesn't really crossover with MCU Movies.

The had DD swing once, in season 2, and it was ok. If they want, they can do it. You can use CGI, or you can strap the actor to some wires. As for interaction with the movies, they're part of the same universe, events are referenced, but they don't do crossovers so far. That wouldn't be a problem for me, as the character main interactions are usually with the urban based vigilantes, that Netflix does control. Except for the FF, which are missed in the MCU anyway.
