I have just re-read this LS, after getting up to date with all the ultimate Spider-comics. There's several inconsistencies I can see now, something Bendis is apparently used to, when it comes to his Ultimate Spider-Man work: - Aunt May knows Miles, but he doesn't have web shooters. Both things happened in the same scene (issues 13-14).
- Nick Fury wasn't the director of SHIELD at the time.
- And more than anything, it looks like he changed his mind on the fly, again, this time about Mysterio. There was no indication in his previous appearances as to him being the earth-616 version. In particular, his statement "[…] you can keep calling me Mysterio. […] I would have never have come up with that name myself." makes no sense if he had it since the Ditko era.
Still, a good comic that should've had some repercussion, on both worlds.
