Unless both things are tied (solo series and Bendis involvement), it'll be the end of the character, artistically speaking. This is his creation, and no one else has proven, to be able to handle him properly (confer Fiffe's All-New Ultimates).
I will still need a final look, to give it a definitive rating (I'm currently rating the whole UU), but my initial estimation places this issue, as the rest of the run, at a solid 6/10. It was a little step back from the end of the previous run, but nothing dramatic, just little things like overplaying the Osborn card, or "wasting" two issues to tell his dad's story, when you already knew you had to pack and go.
