Apparently, Google doesn't like duplicated content, so I will only publish the article here.

Part 2 (of 15) is up.Spider-Man 2099 Meets Spider-Man (November, 1995) by Peter David & Rick Leonardi Any chance 97 is collected in a TBP Not looking good for you there, David. Volume 2, collecting #11-14, Annual 1 and selected material from 2099 Unlimited, came out last year, in the wake of the character's appearance in SSM. Maybe a third TPB could see the day of light, if Miguel has an important role in the Spider-Verse event, but even then, I doubt this special would be included in it. In order of publication, it should go in volume 5.

Just 6? I thought that issue deserves better With a thousands of issues, to be the bottom of the 100 best with the rating of 6/10 must mean there is beyond too much $#%^ in the Spider-Man lore I enjoy it anyway

Speed Force League Unlimited, via PM at CBR, originally said: Just 6? But most of it, from the 90's, I haven't even read. I'm talking in particular about comics rated below a 4/10, those are really hard to swallow.

I can understand having a hard time reading it, but it's better than that I'm kinda surprised you bother reading Spider-Man comics

I know the special can set you back for some 15 bucks (10 quids?), but you would be paying for that which has some worth.

If you're worried about the condition of the book (and well you should), I'd recommend finding it locally. But since that's not an option, I see little more choice than eBay. For used comics, I don't think Amazon is a good bet.
