One more post-SW doubt, to add to the pile: - Does Jessica Jones still have a baby?
BTW, I love it when Bendis pulls a no-punches issue. Just talking, cover to cover.

It looks like Nico Leon is here for the duration. I'm not complaining, but since Pichelli took over the book, we've always had a really good artist under tow. Leon shows promise, I'm not saying he won't end up being just as good, but both Pichelli and Marquez were better from the get go. Maybe that's the price we pay for Miles' notoriety.

So, two months after Civil War II #3, we're still getting comics with events that take place, before Banner was killed. It doesn't bode well for whatever's left of continuity, that they can't get titles to synchronise, even a little bit.
I'm not liking the cartoony look, the new artist is establishing.

Starting at the end of Civil War II #5, Miles takes the spotlight. The bosses at Marvel, clearly want to push him as the Spider-Man.

Just for once, Bendis keeps the timeline straight. I can certainly see how he's the perfect writer for Marvel right now, he already likes to tell his stories doing jumps back and forward, no need to keep the titles in sync, that way.

Being a fan of Bendis' work and complaining about decompressed storytelling is a bit of a contradiction, but in issue ten, he over does it. Did you read Civil War II #7? Well, add a few more pages of new material and that covers it.
At least, we get to say goodbye to Nico Leon!

Bendis actually telling a story and Pichelli doing the art, a clear improvement over last issue.

If there ever was a cover done to thrive in controversy, #12's must be up there with the very best. And now, they expect us to switch over to Spider-Gwen for issues 16-18, to enjoy a crossover. Couldn't they get this over with, while Nickelodeon was onboard?

I buy both books anyway so it's not like it's making me buy a book I wouldn't normally buy.

Lucky you, but with the amount of Marvel comics on my pull list, growing to double digits for next Wednesday alone, you'd think it rather unfortunate to have to go outside your comfort zone, to follow a story.

It is annoying. I've done it numerous times in the past.
Fortunately, however, with this ''Secret Empire'' story due to me being forced to keep to my budget nowadays unless ASM,Black Panther, Spider-Man, Silk, She-Hulk, Spider-Man 2099 and/or Ms Marvel tie-in to it I won't be buying any issues to do with that story and even then it's only to do with the books I already buy. I doubt Spider-Gwen's book will be involved.

I tried reading Spider-Man #13, skipping the crossover and, you know what? The way Bendis tells the story, it makes sense, you don't miss anything

Apparently Pichelli won't be doing the art work on issue 15 now, it'll be done by Kudranski instead, no word on why the change was made but hopefully it's only that issue OR if it's a permanent change than hopefully she'll land on one of the books I am able to buy right now.

Szymon Kudranski for issue 15 and Oscar Bazaldua for issue 16, from bad to worse (this last guy basically comes straight from deviantart). I'm going to end missing Nickelodeon Ok, googling some images... he might do, we'll see.
